Strengthening relationships with your people, yourself, and your health.

Use your midlife to connect deeply with other women, understand your changing body, and invoke lifestyle changes that bring you inner peace and longevity.

Inner Piece Women’s Circle is an ongoing personal growth group formed and led by Jill Baker, Nurse Practitioner and Polly Ely, Marriage & Family Therapist. Together, in the group setting, Jill & Polly will be teaching on specific topics relating to our biological, relational, and emotional health during the perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause transition.

Starting in 2024, Inner Piece Women’s Circle will be meeting for one Wednesday each month from January through May. At each of these five sessions, a cohort of women will gather at Love Story Yoga from 6:30-8:30 pm to learn and grow together. Jill & Polly will teach in accordance with their specialties, inviting your participation and conscious connection with this circle of women. At each session, we will focus on a new facet of your health. Take a look at the curricula here.

Inner Piece Women’s Circle welcomes growth-minded women who want to improve the health of their bodies, the sharpness of their minds, and the depth of their relationships. If you want to fine tune your health, make new friends, and practice living courageously during the menopausal transition, then Inner Piece women’s circle is here for you.

Please join us monthly for honest, communal conversations to revitalize the pieces of your health and to use your midlife to connect deeply with other women, understand your health, and implement change.

About your hosts

Polly Ely, MFT

Polly received her Master’s degree from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California in 2011. Shortly after graduating, she became a devoted practitioner of an experiential form of healing called Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), which she has joined with her own body of work for families called The LAB Method. Today, she brings her work forward via Parent School with Polly, her richly attended Parent Labs, and her psychotherapy practice.

“My menopause journey was a turbulent ride that started early. I went through it alone, trying to tough it out, and knowing next to nothing. It did a real number on my health, my sleep, and my energy. I craved a space to study the pieces of my health puzzle, to explore the role of grief, and to look honestly at my relationships, but couldn’t find it. So I made it for me and for you.”

Jill Baker, Nurse Practitioner & Health Coach

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and Health Coach focused on blending western medical thought with integrative, restorative health and wellness. I have a clinical background in internal medicine, HIV, women’s health, gender health, and aesthetic medicine which has enabled me to move into the restorative wellness space intent on empowering people to choose sustainable health practices. I graduated from Columbia University and The University of California, San Francisco, and am a member of The North American Menopause Society and The American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

“On my own health path, peri-menopause was a jumble of injuries, thyroid dysregulation, and unreliable shifts in my menstrual cycle and mood.  My flattening estrogen levels were impacting every single system of my body. As I’ve sailed beyond periods and into my postmenopausal body, I have fully realized just how necessary prioritizing my wellbeing is.”
