  • The Inner Piece circle will gather 15 minutes before start time if you just want to eat or center yourself.

  • Our new meeting space at Love Story Yoga is a semi-outdoor space that is fully ventilated and also equipped with heaters. We will meet in an inside venue if weather or air quality make that necessary.

  • No. This is an in-person experience only.

  • We love your dogs but please leave them at home.

  • We are not providing refreshments but you are welcome to bring your own.

  • Yes. Please bring your dinner if you haven’t eaten already.

  • This group experience aims to be therapeutic in nature but it is not therapy, personal medical advising, or health coaching. Jill & Polly will only be able to consult with members about personal matters in the separate context of their private practices.

  • We encourage everyone to make time for each session in its entirety.

  • No, but you can change sessions up until the 10th of the month prior to your session.
